Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time). This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals and serves technical security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Contact & quote inquiry

If you contact us via the inquiry form, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone, town, service, quantity and message) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Live chat

This website offers a chat. It only becomes active after you explicitly click “Start chat”; no data is transmitted before that. The messages you enter are sent to our processor Anthropic PBC (USA) to generate a reply. A data processing agreement is in place with Anthropic; the transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with future effect by closing the chat. If you ask for a human colleague, we additionally store the email address you provide in order to contact you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest. Please do not enter special categories of personal data (e.g. health data) in the chat.

Cookies & session

This website sets only one technically necessary session cookie to protect against abusive form submissions (CSRF) and for language selection. There is no tracking, no profiling and no sharing with advertising networks.

You have the right at any time to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Please use the contact details above.
