General terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all offers, deliveries and services of leeaf Bauelemente UG (haftungsbeschränkt) towards consumers and entrepreneurs, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Services
leeaf Bauelemente supplies and installs windows, doors, roller shutters, garage doors, sun protection and related building elements from predominantly European production. Manufacturer and factory warranties are governed by the terms of the respective manufacturers.
3. Offers & prices
Unless stated otherwise, offers are valid for 30 days and refer to the project described. Prices include statutory VAT unless expressly shown as net.
4. Measuring, delivery & installation
The basis for manufacturing is the agreed measurement. Delivery and installation dates are arranged individually; stated dates are non-binding unless expressly agreed as binding.
5. Warranty & guarantee
Statutory warranty applies. In addition, the respective manufacturer and factory warranties apply. Defects must be reported without delay.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims arising from the business relationship.
7. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due without deduction. For larger orders, down payments or partial payments according to progress may be agreed.
8. Jurisdiction & final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
